Jaime deserves special recognition as well, her sweetness, attentiveness, and skill make every visit reassuring and pleasant. Their holistic approach stands out, including tongue exercises designed to correct underlying issues, which significantly enhanced treatment results. The outcome speaks for itself: excellent results achieved through dedication, expertise, and care. First-class service all around, Dr. Newton and Jaime truly set the standard for orthodontic excellence.

Took my 8-year-old to get a cavity filled and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. Kelly and Naomi at the front were kind and welcoming, and Dr. Niels with his assistant (sorry, I can’t remember their name) were patient, making sure my son felt comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s not easy to find a dental office where both kids and parents feel at ease, but this team really delivered! Highly recommend to anyone in Cayman looking for amazing care!

I experienced a dental emergency on a Saturday during a long weekend. While I completely understood that the practice was closed - and was actually pleased that the staff could enjoy a well-deserved three-day weekend - I thought I would have to wait until at least Tuesday for treatment. However, I was absolutely amazed when Dr. Al responded to my call to the emergency line and actually came into the practice to address my urgent situation. This level of dedication and patient care far exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Dr. Al, and the entire team for providing such outstanding service.

We were vacationing in beautiful Cayman and my daughter is who is 11 has braces, she had a long wire tearing up the inside of her mouth, the wire was far too long for wax to help, this of course was putting a damper on her Holiday. We walked in to Smile Dental Clinic and the girls at the front desk were so friendly, took us back right away and got my daughter's problem fixed right away, they did not charge us! Very professional staff who ensured that my orthodontic issues were adequately addressed. The pandemic caused an unavoidable situation where i was not able to get my regular 'in office' treatment for my braces but they ensured that i was still looked after by regular telephone consultations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for 'A' Class dental treatment.

I just wanted to say thank you for setting me up with the Zoom whitening procedure. I have tried to do it for quite some time. I also wanted to say that I usually avoid the dentist, and it can be a bit difficult in the chair for the Hygienist to get my cleaning done. Today was the first time I have ever been so relaxed and completely trusting the Hygienist. Ms. Jaime was excellent and very friendly. She was very patient with me, and it’s very appreciated. Although this may not mean much, I will be doing regular cleanings more often, and Ms. Jaime and the front desk staff were great today.

I took my daughter for our first visit this morning to Smile Dental Clinic and saw Ms Peeta who was amazing. Highly recommend seeing Ms Peeta if you have little ones - she puts them right at ease and makes it a truly enjoyable experience. The idea of the tokens for the kids is also really great. We'll be back!
