SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
In an effort to get more of your work online to the general public and referring doctor offices, we’ve created this easy to use form BELOW.
Simply attach your images and corresponding descriptions along with the final post description and we will use this to build either social or web related posts to attract more viewers. Be sure to include your name as part of the submission so we know who to attribute the work to.
Image Quality, Format and Orientation
- Please use the full size images,
- Do not attach small previews or tiny canvas size images as they cannot hold up to quality standards and will be rejected.
- A good rule of thumb is, if the file is over 500Kb and the canvas size is more then 1000 px wide by 1000 pixels tall, we have enough image quality to work with.
- A standard Social Media post for instance is 1080 x 1350 pixels or 1080 x 1920 pixels for reference.
- Please do not send us screenshots as they are poor quality and will reflect badly on the brand.
- PLEASE PRIORITIZE PORTRAIT FORMAT PHOTOS (see example on the right).
